Why have I not received my order after 15 days since I placed it?
Under normal circumstances, orders are fulfilled within 15 days. However, delays of 2-3 days may occur if the factory experiences stock shortages or out-of-stock situations.

What courier service is used to send packages?
CTT or DHL.
